Hi, I am a RCI registered clinical psychologist with CRR no. A82135 and have received intensive training in working with people going through various difficulties like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, exam stress, relationship issues and also clinical cases like personality disorders or psychotic disorders along various other problems. I have also worked with people who were addicted to substances like alcohol, marijuana, opioids, etc. My strong points in therapy are that I am a very active listener, non-judgmental and very empathic. I believe that solution to every problems lie in the true potential of the individuals and make sure I help them realize their potential so they are capable of finding their own solutions. I believe that therapy is a gradual process and it is a platform where individuals can be guided towards the various available solutions but I also believe that choosing the right solution lies in the individual hands. I also make sure to do justice with all the areas of therapy that I use by keeping myself always updated by reading from various sources and understanding the various traumas one can go through. I am a therapist who looks forward to helping the individuals in every aspect that can be possible from my end.
I believe in true potential and unconditional positive regard. Also, I am a new age therapist and so I use eclectic approach and focus on holistic development of the individual. I have worked with children having disabilities for 2 years, on clinical cases and also with people on drug addiction. Intern at Deva Foundation Hospital. Intern at Action for Autism.
HopeQure has been wonderful. The therapist’s advice has helped me approach my emotional challenges with a more positive and proactive mindset.
I feel like I’m becoming a better version of myself, growing emotionally stronger every day. The sessions are a safe haven where I can openly express myself without fear of judgment.
My relationships have improved significantly because I’ve learned to communicate better and with more empathy.
