I have been trained to use the following psychological techniques- Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, and Internal Family Systems and Interpersonal Therapy.
As a therapist, I show up with warmth, curiosity, and honesty along with an expressive style (and occasional humor, which is a work in progress), as I believe therapy works best when it feels human, not rigid.
Sessions with me are collaborative and reflective, with space for both insight and practical work. I enjoy deep conversations about almost everything and role plays. We’ll work together to understand your emotional patterns, build better coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and then look out for significant shifts in how you relate to yourself and others.
